Withdraw crypto from your ARQ account

Step by step to withdraw USDc/USDT via Crypto Networks

Sending digital dollars to an external wallet is fast and secure. Here’s what you need to know:

Step-by-step: Send crypto from your account

  1. Tap the “Transfer” button on the main screen (in the middle, at the bottom).

  2. Tap the “Send” button

  3. Select “Crypto”.

  4. Choose a network.

  5. Pick USDc or USDT.

  6. Paste the destination wallet address. It must be an address for that exact asset on that exact network. For example, if you chose USDT on Polygon, the address must be a USDT on Polygon address. Double-check it before confirming. Crypto transfers can’t be reversed, and a wrong address can mean permanent loss of funds.

  7. Enter the amount, review the transaction details, and confirm.

Asset and network must both match

Every crypto address belongs to one asset on one network. A USDc on a Polygon address is not the same as a USDT on a Polygon address, even though both use Polygon. Before you send, check that the destination address was generated for the same asset and the same network you selected in ARQ.

Asset

Network you can use

USDT

Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), Polygon

USDc

Ethereum (ERC-20), Polygon

Important:

If either the asset or the network doesn’t match, your funds can be lost permanently. If you’re sending to an exchange, open its deposit page, select the same asset and network you chose in ARQ, and copy the address it shows for that combination.

Fees and limits

  • Network fee: Shown in the app before you confirm. The fee depends on the network you choose.

  • Fee:  Maximum of 3USDc or .50% off withdrawal amount

  • Minimum withdrawal: 5 USDc

Need-to-know terms

  • Wallet address: The alphanumeric identifier of the wallet you’re sending to.

  • Hash: The transaction ID. You’ll need it if you contact support or the receiving platform.

  • Network: The blockchain path used to move your crypto.

  • Network fee: The cost of processing your transaction on the blockchain.

How long does it take?

Under normal conditions, your crypto reaches the destination wallet within a few minutes. During network congestion, it may a couple of minutes longer.

You can find the transaction hash in your ARQ activity and track it on explorers like Etherscan, Tronscan or Polygonscan.
