Virtual asset intermediation services are provided in Brazil by D.A. Serviços de Ativos Virtuais Ltda. ("D.A. Ativos Virtuais"), registered with the CNPJ under No. 61.469.681/0001-25. D.A. Ativos Virtuais does not offer any type of personal and/or business loans.
Services related to the global credit card are provided by DolarApp México S.A. de C.V., RFC DME210525LC7.
Services related to local accounts, services, and payments are provided by Atlas Brasil Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., with the CNPJ under No. 27.126.513/0001-08.
Securities distribution services to Brazilian investors are provided by Oslo Capital DTVM S.A., registered with the CNPJ under No. 13.673.855/0001-25, a company duly authorized to operate as a securities distributor by the Banco Central do Brasil, as well as in accordance with Parecer de Orientação 33 of the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários and the ANBIMA Distribution Code.
