Who can participate?
Individuals over 18 who have never registered with ARQ. Participants must access the exclusive campaign link, sign up, complete KYC, and use the same email and CPF on both their ARQ and Livelo accounts. Both accounts must remain active until the points are credited.
How many points will I earn?
You’ll receive 5,500 Livelo points for sign-ups between October 28, 2026 and November 3, 2026, and 3,500 points after that, once per CPF. Points are valid for 24 months from the date they’re credited.
When will the points be credited?
Points will be credited within 30 calendar days after the offer conditions are met, provided the CPF entered is valid and is the same on both the ARQ and Livelo accounts.
Offer Rules
After completing your sign-up, you’ll have 30 calendar days to make one or more FX transactions in the ARQ app, converting Brazilian reais (BRL) into US dollars (USD) and/or euros (EUR). Conversions can be combined and must total at least US$100 or the equivalent in euros, based on the rate applied by ARQ to each transaction. Only the net amount held in USD and/or EUR at the time of validation will be counted. Conversions that are canceled, refunded, reversed, or converted back to BRL are not eligible. If the net amount falls below the minimum, points will not be awarded. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, bonuses, or discounts.
How to earn
One or more BRL-to-USD and/or EUR conversions made in the ARQ app within 30 days of sign-up. Amounts will be added together until they reach the minimum of US$100 or the equivalent in euros, subject to the net foreign-currency balance rule.
