Important changes to your ARQ account details (CLABE, bank, and sender name)

How your details are changing

Some ARQ accounts have moved to a new CLABE that starts with 734. Others still use a CLABE that starts with 706. Both work. Your ARQ account, balance and app stay the same, and you can keep receiving and sending MXN as usual.

What's different with a 734 CLABE

  • Bank. 734 is the bank code for Finco Pay.

  • Conversion provider. DA Global Limited, licensed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), converts MXN to and from USDc.

  • How transfers appear. Transfers show Finco Pay as the institution. Outgoing MXN payments show DA Global Limited as the sender. You'll also see these names on your CEP and Banxico records.

Which CLABE will I see?

Open Recibir → Pesos in the app. You'll see either:

  • A CLABE starting with 734, or

  • A CLABE starting with 706.

Payments sent to either one arrive and are credited to your account as usual.

I see a 734 CLABE. What about my previous 706 one?

It still works, even though it's no longer shown in the app. Payments sent to it still arrive and are credited to your account. There's no need to ask your payers to change anything straight away.

Which CLABE should I share?

Share the one shown in Recibir → Pesos. If someone already has your 706 CLABE saved, they can keep using it.

A payment hasn't arrived

SPEI transfers usually arrive within an hour. If it's been longer, contact us through the chat in the app, with your transfer receipt or clave de rastreo to hand.
