You can easily request your card directly from the ARQ app. Here’s how to do it for both the virtual and physical card:
1. Virtual Card
Requesting your virtual card is quick and easy:
Go to Home in the app
Select the card banner
Tap Add (+)
Choose the virtual card
The card is automatically activated after creation.
2. Physical Card
To request your physical card, follow these steps:
Minimum balance required:
Make sure you have enough balance to cover the card's shipping cost.
Request your card:
Go to the "Home" section in the app and tap on the cards banner
Select the option to request your physical card
Fill in your address details, we deliver countrywide
Confirm your order, and we'll start preparing your card right away
Delivery time:
Once requested, your card will arrive within 7-10 business days.
You can track the status of your card's delivery in the app.
Why can't I request a card?
Here are the most common reasons:
Your identity is not yet verified
You won't be able to create a card while your identity verification is pending or incomplete. Review the instructions in the app or received by email and provide the requested information. Once verification is complete, log in again and try again.
Your account is under review
Some features, including card creation, may be temporarily blocked during an account review. Check your email and follow the instructions sent to complete the process.
You've reached the virtual card limit
You can create up to 10 virtual cards per rolling month and there is a lifetime limit of 30 virtual cards, even if they are no longer active. Canceling or deleting a card does not reset the total limit.
If you've reached the monthly limit, you'll need to wait until you have available space again. If you've reached the total limit, you won't be able to create more virtual cards.
The app shows an error
Close the app completely, confirm you have the latest version installed, and log in again. If the error persists, send us a screenshot via the in-app support chat, so we can review your account status and request.
