Save a recipient once and pay them again in a few clicks. The details depend on the country.
How do I add a recipient?
Log in to your account (https://business.arqfinance.com/sign-in)
Click 'Recipients' in the left menu, then 'New recipient'
Under 'Where are you sending?', choose the country, or 'ARQ account' to pay another ARQ user by $ARQtag
Enter the 'Bank details'
Under 'Recipient details', choose the 'Recipient type' (Business or Individual), enter the name and a 'Recipient nickname'. For a business, use the 'Entity’s legal name'
Review the details and click 'Add [name] as recipient'
What details do I need?
Country | Method | What you need |

United States | ACH or wire | The ABA / Routing number, account number and the recipient's address |
Europe | SEPA | The bank country and the IBAN |
Brazil | Pix | A Pix key, or the bank, branch, account number and account type plus the recipient's CPF (individual) or CNPJ (business) |
Colombia | ACH | The bank, account number, account type (Checking or Savings) and ID. Businesses need a NIT. Individuals can use a CC, CE or passport |
Argentina | Bank transfer | The CBU, CVU or alias |
For a Pix key or an Argentine alias, we show you who the account belongs to before you save it.
What address do US recipients need?
Enter only the street name and number in 'Street name and number'. The city, state and post code go in their own fields. PO boxes and PMBs aren't accepted, and the full address must be short.
If you see "This recipient's address is invalid", click 'Edit recipient' and correct it to send again.
Who can add recipients?
Admins add recipients directly. Other team members click 'Request approval to add new recipient', and an Admin approves it. See How do payment approvals work?
