Send dollars (USD) via ACH bank transfer

With ARQ, you can send US dollars via ACH transfer to a bank account in the United States. Follow the following steps to send your transfer quickly and securely.

ACH Transfers

• Fixed cost: All ACH transfers, whether sending or receiving, have a flat fee of 3 USD.

Activating U.S. Account Details:

• First of all, please make sure you activate your U.S. account details in the app.

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to the Send tab.

  3. Tap on New recipient and then choose United States

  4. Complete the verification by providing your passport number and submitting the authorization video.

This will allow you to send and receive digital dollars directly from your ARQ account.

How to send US dollars via ACH transfer?

1. Add new recipient:

   1. Once you are in the app, go to the Send tab.

   2. Tap on New recipient, and then choose United States

   3. Introduce the recipient’s details, such as their name, account number, routing number, and nickname.

2. Enter the amount:

   1. Input the exact amount you want to send to the recipient.

3. Confirm transfer:

   1. Review the details and confirm the transfer.

Processing Time

ACH transfers may take 3 to 6 business days to be completed, as they are processed only on banking days.

Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. For example, if you initiate a transfer on Friday night or over the weekend and Monday is a holiday, processing will begin on Tuesday.
