Why do I see a charge from Apple on my card?
If your ARQ card shows a charge labeled apple.com/bill, it's a purchase made through an Apple Account that has your card saved as a payment method. Common reasons include:
An app or in-app purchase from the App Store
A subscription that renewed (for example iCloud+, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple One, or a third-party app subscription)
Music, movies, books or other digital content
A purchase made by a family member through Family Sharing
Apple sometimes groups several purchases into a single charge, so the amount may not match any one item.
How to find out what the charge was for
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Review your purchase history. If you use Family Sharing, you'll also see purchases made by family members.
Tap the date of a purchase to see the full receipt, including any taxes and every item included in that charge.
You can also check your purchase history directly from the Settings on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
If you still don't recognize the charge
Check other Apple Accounts. If you have more than one Apple Account, sign in to each one and check its purchase history.
Ask your family. Someone in your household may have made the purchase using your card or through Family Sharing.
Contact Apple. If you can't find the purchase in any account, contact Apple Support.
Refunds and unwanted subscriptions
From reportaproblem.apple.com you can request a refund for a purchase. If the charge comes from a subscription you no longer want, cancel it from your Apple Account to avoid future charges. Refunds are approved by Apple, not ARQ.
If you've checked all of the above and believe the charge is fraudulent you can submit a claim through your ARQ app.
